ROSÉ & RED WINES
Serve at 13-15°C
ROSÉ - This wine is issued from a “bleeding
method” on the gamay-cabernet grapes and it is characterised
by a fresh and fruity taste with aromas of red grapes and hints of
strawberry and raspberry.
Served at 8-9°C, it goes well with charcuterie, salads, pizza, salmon eggs and cod.
Consume between 1 and 2 years.
GAMAY - Characterised by a brilliant vermilion red
robe. The aroma has a strong suggestion of strawberry, raspberry
and blackberry with a nice spicy after taste. The taste is subtle
and pleasant.
Appreciated with grilled poultry, charcuterie, stuffed cabbage and cheese.
Consume between 1 and 4 years.
CUVEE SELECTION - is a blend of 2 red grapes : Pinot Noir and Cabernet Franc. It is characterised by a ruby colour; the full taste is rich with fruity aromas of blueberry, blackberry and cherry.
Good with charcuterie, cold meats barbecues and red meats.
Consume within 5 years.
CABERNET - This wine comes from the grape Cabernet
Franc also called “BRETON”. It is characterised by a
beautiful deep red robe; the scent unveils aromas of ripe red fruit
(black currant, raspberry) with notes of wild flowers. It is a well
constituted wine and it lingers long in the mouth.
It is a good companion with red meats, cheese and dark chocolate dessert.
Consume between 2 and 6 years.
